What you'll need:
1 lb Wild-Caught Mahi-mahi filets or other white fish of choice

A few sprigs of cilantro

1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Sliced avocado (optional)
Corn tortillas or try these easy paleo tortillas from Stupid Easy Paleo!
The mango broccoli slaw recipe can be found here!
Heat nonstick pan to medium high heat. Brush both sides of Mahi-mahi filets with EVOO then sprinkle both sides with cumin, kosher salt, and pepper. Once heated, add fish to your nonstick pan. Add lime juice and cilantro on top of fish. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. You can begin to break up the filets into pieces to ensure the fish is cooked through since you will be flaking the fish into small pieces for serving. Once cooked, continue to flake the fish into pieces.
Add your Mahi-mahi to your tortillas, and top with mango broccoli slaw, avocado, and some squeezed lime. This meal is also delicious served in a bowl without the tortilla!
